  • A monthly payment of $850/month.  This amount covers the rent, purchase credits, taxes and insurance which we keep in our name and pay.   
  • Please note: Every month rent is paid on time, tenant buyers will receive $150 credit toward Purchase Price of $75,000.  What?  Why is it higher than Sale Price?? Because we are not a bank and we would rather sell than Rent it with the Option to buy.  
  • A neat, responsible person who wants to buy a home but needs a little time; 
  • Someone who will treat this home like it's theirs and care for it and be a good neighbor, etc.
  • We are not a bank.  We are not soliciting or offering credit.  We would prefer someone qualify for a mortgage and purchase this home from us and make their payments to the bank.  We believe in the long run that is way more economical and affordable for someone.  We recognize sometimes people need to build their credit.  This is a temporary program for someone to build credit and then purchase the home.  We would love to discuss this further and answer any questions you might have.
